All prices exclusive of VAT, cancellable monthly. Operation on a dedicated instance in a German data centre is included; alternatively NotarFlow runs on a server in your own office, in which case the hardware is quoted by effort. Introduction in 4 to 6 weeks. Every further notary in the same firm holds their own licence.

How are these prices arrived at?
Through the work they replace. The drafting module takes over the preparatory work that otherwise costs a trained clerk hours per matter; completion holds dozens of deadlines and replies without staff time. Measured against personnel costs, and against competitors charging four-figure monthly sums for single functions, every block is priced below the value it replaces.
Why billed per notary and not per firm?
Because a deed is attributed to a named notary and the system works per notary: own matters, own register, own deadlines. A firm with three notaries uses three licences.
Is there a minimum term?
The blocks are cancellable monthly; only the setup is one-off. We hold clients through usefulness, not through contract terms.
What is included in the setup?
Setting up your instance, taking over templates and formatting rules, defining the variants and completion chains, a trial run on real matters, the secrecy undertaking from everyone involved, and the basic training. Reckon with 4 to 6 weeks.
Can we start with a single block?
