All prices exclusive of VAT, cancellable monthly. Operation on a dedicated instance in a German data centre is included; alternatively NotarFlow runs on a server in your own office, in which case the hardware is quoted by effort. Introduction in 4 to 6 weeks. Every further notary in the same firm holds their own licence.

The setup fee is charged once per office — with several building blocks, the highest rate of your selection applies, not the sum. Example: Drafting & fee calculation plus the AML assistant cost a one-off 4,999 €, not 7,998 €.

Answered briefly.

We are an attorney-notary office — what do we pay?
Billing is per notary, not per head: an office with six professionals of whom one is a notary pays one licence — the attorneys in the office work along at no extra charge, as far as their role permissions reach. In attorney-notary offices NotarFlow is therefore often cheaper per workstation than in full-time notary offices.
Is the setup fee charged per building block?
No — the setup fee is charged once per office. With several building blocks, the highest setup rate of your selection applies, not the sum: booking Drafting & fee calculation (4,999 €) and the AML assistant (2,999 €) means a one-off 4,999 €. The Complete package has its own rate of 9,999 €, because all eight building blocks are set up and trained in one go.
How are these prices arrived at?
Through the work they replace. The drafting module takes over the preparatory work that otherwise costs a trained clerk hours per matter; completion holds dozens of deadlines and replies without staff time. Measured against personnel costs, and against competitors charging four-figure monthly sums for single functions, every block is priced below the value it replaces.
Why billed per notary and not per firm?
Because a deed is attributed to a named notary and the system works per notary: own matters, own register, own deadlines. A firm with three notaries uses three licences.
Is there a minimum term?
The blocks are cancellable monthly; only the setup is one-off. We hold clients through usefulness, not through contract terms.
What is included in the setup?
Setting up your instance, taking over templates and formatting rules, defining the variants and completion chains, a trial run on real matters, the secrecy undertaking from everyone involved, and the basic training. Reckon with 4 to 6 weeks.
Can we start with a single block?
Yes, every block runs on its own. A good entry point is Drafting & Fee Calculation: that is where the time saving shows fastest, and you extend once the team trusts the system.
