Does the module replace my escrow ledger?

No. You keep the official escrow register exactly as before. NotarFlow is the working layer above it: checklists, reconciliation of evidence, deadlines.

Does the system need access to my client account?

No. You hand in the statements as PDF or scan; the system never sees more than that. There is deliberately no payment interface.

What happens when there is a discrepancy?

It appears as a point to check, with both figures side by side. The decision is yours; the system corrects nothing quietly.
