MODULE · KNOWLEDGE BASE & RESEARCH

“How did we word that last time?”

The knowledge of an office sits in decades of deeds, and it walks out of the door when experienced colleagues do. NotarFlow makes the archive searchable: by case, by clause, by wording. With the passage itself, not with an assertion.

IN DETAIL

The archive becomes an answer.

Read in once, findable for good.

The old archive is scanned, read and indexed locally: deeds, drafts, letters. After that a search answers in seconds what otherwise means working through folders.

  • Reading in happens entirely in house, large scan archives included
  • Search by matter type, parties, clauses, wording
  • The knowledge stays in the office, even when people leave

Answers with the passage, never into the blue.

Every result shows the original: the deed, the page, the paragraph. The system summarises what it can evidence, and says so when it finds nothing. There is no free-form legal advice.

  • Every hit one click from its source document
  • Summaries drawn only from the passages found
  • No hit means: no hit, not an invention

Compare wordings, recognise your own standard.

The same clause in twelve variants? The research puts the wordings side by side and shows what the standard of your office is and where it was departed from. A sound basis for bringing the templates back into line.

  • Clause variants from the archive side by side
  • A basis for template upkeep in the drafting module
  • Export as an overview for the partners’ meeting

QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS MODULE

Answered briefly.

Are the old files uploaded somewhere for this?
No. They are read in locally on your own instance. The archive does not leave the building at any point.
Does the module give legal advice?
No. It finds and evidences what is in your archive. The assessment stays with you.
How long does reading in take?
It depends on the volume and the scan quality; it runs in the background over days, not weeks. Searching is possible as soon as the first parts are indexed.
