The notary attests that a signature was made by the person who signed it in their presence — the certificate says nothing about the content of the declaration. It is the shortest transaction in the catalogue and the most standardisable one.
Usually at short notice and without preparation. Master data and identity document are captured; anyone who has been here before is already on file.
As a rule this does not arise: what is certified is a declaration somebody brings along. Where the notary drafts it themselves, it is a different arrangement.
Signature before the notary, certificate beneath it. Your work.
The catalogue records no completion for this type. Where the certified declaration goes — land registry, register court, public authority — is decided by the case.
The site is organised by transaction, the pricing by building block. Each block can be booked on its own and works on the same matter; what it costs is on the pricing page and not here.
A variant is the difference you must not guess. Where the deed type catalogue has a line for it, this page says so; where it has none, it says that too.
Release of a charge, priority notice, change of rank: the most frequent occasion for a certification in property matters. The catalogue additionally lists the release of a charge as a deed type of its own.
Commercial register, register of associations, register of cooperatives. Likewise frequent and likewise done in minutes.
Then the draft is the actual work and the certification the smaller part. The catalogue does not distinguish this as a variant today.
This section is on every transaction page. Every deed type moves in with your office’s templates — two are ready today, your most frequent one is set up first.
The certificate attests the signature. What the declaration says is thereby neither checked nor confirmed — as little by us as by the certificate.
Status “planned”, no mandatory fields. Highly standardisable does not mean built.
Where the declaration goes is decided by the case; filing runs through your own access.
The signature is made before the notary. NotarFlow changes nothing about that and offers no way around it.
The shortest type in the catalogue — and exactly why it is among the first we switch on with you during setup.
Seven days at full scope, without a contract and without an account. Feedback from practice on this transaction is worth more to us than a signature.
