Draft, fee note, proposed register entry and completion steps all come out of a single reading. Every value carries its origin and a confidence figure.

You check and approve

Everything lands in one approval view. Nothing is sent, filed or charged before you have released it.

The system does not guess. Whatever is missing or uncertain is left standing as a gap and put to you, instead of being quietly filled in. For a notary’s office, anything else is unusable.

On your own premises

NotarFlow runs on a server in your office or in a dedicated German data centre. The language models run locally alongside it, not at a provider.

DATA FLOW

No US cloud

No client data goes to OpenAI, Google or any other third party. What the system reads does not leave your infrastructure.

§ 203 STGB

Confidentiality as the blueprint

§ 203 of the German Criminal Code (StGB) makes a breach of professional secrecy a criminal offence. So: no outside access to file contents, a formal secrecy undertaking from everyone involved, a log of every approval. The architecture follows professional law, not the other way round.

Does NotarFlow replace my notary software?

No. NotarFlow works on its own alongside your existing software: drafts and fee notes come as Word and PDF, entries for the register of deeds and other registers come as prepared proposals, appointments reconcile with your calendar, data sheets run under your own web presence. It does not require an interface, but is glad to use one where it exists.

Where is my data held?

On your server in the office, or on a dedicated instance in a German data centre, separated per firm. In both cases: no processing by US cloud services.

What happens when details are missing or uncertain?

The system does not guess, in any module. Missing mandatory details appear as a gap, uncertain values carry their origin and confidence, unclear replies and bank entries land in a review queue, anti-money-laundering findings are put to you for assessment. The decision is always yours.

How long does the introduction take?

Reckon with 4 to 6 weeks: setting up your instance, taking over templates, checklists and master data for each booked block, reading in the archive for the knowledge base, a trial run on real matters, and the secrecy undertaking from everyone involved.

What does NotarFlow cost?

The blocks are licensed individually or as a package, billed per notary. All prices are published openly on the pricing page.
